Buying a home is probably one of the biggest investments you will ever make. At Crown Home Inspections (CHI) you will be given a clear, unbiased evaluation of a home's condition. We will take time to answer any questions you may have and help give you peace of mind before you make any significant decision. As a family owned business, we understand how important and daunting buying ones next home can be. We take great care and attention to the smallest of details, before during and after a home inspection, so you can be rest assured there will be no surprises after a purchase.
Evaluate the physical condition of the property. Identify items that should be repaired or replaced. Estimate the remaining useful life of the major systems (such as electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning), equipment, structure and finishes. You will then be provided with a detailed digital or printed report (depending on your preference) that clearly outlines the true condition of the property.
